1 General Provisions & Definitions

This document forms a legal agreement between the 456bt platform and its users. "Platform" refers to the 456bt website, mobile version, and all services provided on it. "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses this platform or creates an account.

456bt may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If identity verification fails, 456bt reserves the right to permanently close the account.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the 456bt support team immediately. 456bt will not be held responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the 456bt platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account at the earliest.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, wagering will be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• 456bt reserves the right to cancel an account if any attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means.
• 456bt reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The 456bt VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The benefits of each VIP tier are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. The specific benefits and conditions of each tier will be communicated separately.

5 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 456bt platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account with false or unverifiable information.
• Misusing or fraudulently claiming bonus or promotion benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technological advantage to play games.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to find vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, threatening, or spreading false information about other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Playing on behalf of a third party or with a third party's funds.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, 456bt may suspend or cancel the account without notice and reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance.

10 Limitation of Liability

456bt is not liable for the following:

• Issues arising mid-game due to loss of internet connection.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by external factors (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Losses caused by technical errors from third parties.
• Financial losses from gaming — gaming always carries risk and the possibility of financial loss exists.

Under no circumstances will 456bt accept liability for direct or indirect losses exceeding the amount deposited by the user.

11 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

456bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of any breach of these terms.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
• In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and it has not been forfeited due to a breach of terms, that amount will be refunded. If the account is cancelled due to a breach of terms, all bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.

11.1 User's Right to Close Account

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. We also provide the option to voluntarily suspend or permanently close your account for responsible gaming purposes.

456bt reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

14 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any disputes related to 456bt will be governed in accordance with applicable law and jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of online gaming is legal under the laws of their own country.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
